1. Service Area
We currently ship to both home and business addresses throughout the United Kingdom. At present, we do not provide international shipping. However, we are exploring options to expand our delivery services globally in the future.
2. Product Coverage
Our shipping policy covers all items available on vinevu.com. Each product is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
3. Delivery Locations
All orders are sent directly to the shipping address you provide during checkout. Please make sure all address information is accurate before completing your order.
Important: We cannot deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or pickup points. Orders must be shipped to a valid home or business address within the United Kingdom.
4. Order Processing Deadlines
Orders submitted before 6:00 PM (GMT), Monday through Friday, will be handled the same day. Orders received after this time or during weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Processing Duration
After your order is placed, we typically need 1 to 2 business days to verify, prepare, and package it before shipping.
6. Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 5 to 7 business days. Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. During busy shopping seasons, there may be minor delays. Total estimated delivery time: 6 to 9 business days.
7. Delivery Charges
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders sent within the United Kingdom. There are no additional charges for packaging or processing — the price you see at checkout is your final cost.
8. Modifying Shipping Information
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us right away at sales@vinevu.com. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we will try our best to modify the shipping information. Once an order has been sent out, changes may no longer be feasible.
9. Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is sent back to us due to an incorrect delivery address, refused delivery, or failure to collect it from a pickup location, we reserve the right to subtract the return shipping cost and any relevant redelivery charges from your refund.
10. Customs and Import Fees
Since we currently ship exclusively within the UK, no customs duties or import charges apply. Should international shipping become available, we will update this policy to reflect any changes.
